Warshauer Receives 13th tED Magazine's Best of the Best Award

Tinton Falls, NJ- Warshauer Electric Supply, a New Jersey based electrical wholesaler, receives its 13th tED Magazine Best of the Best Awards, for Best Integrated Promotional Campaign for distributors over $100 million. Winning for its 2016 Marketing Program, Warshauer University, a program which combines training, merchandising, advertising and special events to educate customers and employees on the latest in industry news and product development.
The tED Award judges said the program was “clever, research based, novel, and just plain cool”.
Past awards include Best Brochure, Brand Awareness, Best Ad Campaign, Best Event, and the Overall Best of the Best Distributor, awarded in 2011.
tED Magazine’s Best of the Best awards program honors marketing excellence and recognizes creativity within the electrical industry in companies of all sizes and a number of marketing/communication categories. Entries are judged on their overall effectiveness and creative impact by an independent panel of marketing and industry professionals secured by tED Magazine. Judges are from both within and outside the electrical industry. Each judge scores each entry based on the same criteria, and not directly against other entries, through a cumulative point system.
“Our year to date sales rose by over 18% for all of the vendors who participated in our program,” says Jim Dunn, Executive Vice President. “This contributed to the 13% growth we saw in 2015, which far outpaced the economic indicators for electrical wholesale growth in NJ for last year.”
Warshauer’s Marketing Director, Kennie Blanck, accepted the award on behalf of Jim Dunn, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and the Warshauer Marketing Team at the NAED AdVenture Conference in Chicago.
