Justin began his career at Warshauer after graduating with an Electrical Engineering degree from the College of Engineering at NJIT in 2009. Since joining the team, Justin has played an integral role in the development of the generator department as one of its lead Sales Engineers. He has his finger on the pulse of practically every job that comes through the pipeline from design to completion. Justin takes pride in his versatility and ability to stay even-keeled and manage the many complex situations that arise on a day to day basis. In between his busy schedule, Justin attended graduate school and earned a Masters degree in Engineering Management from NJIT in 2012.

Fred began working at Warshauer in 1998 and has held the following positions: counter sales, counter manager, inside sales, and branch manager. He currently serves as a sales professional for Warshauer Generator, LLC with over 20 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry. Fred has attended and passed a 4-year electrical code course at Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare center through OCVTS. He has completed courses in medium voltage electrical distribution, lighting design, and numerous factory and code update classes. He is also authorized in electric motor starter modifications and to do warranty work on Milbank generators.

Michael joined Warshauer in 2014 and played a lead role in establishing our rental generator division. He has worked in the generator rental business for over 7 years and has provided his expertise in supplying temporary generators for natural disasters, equipment failures, planned shutdowns, temporary events and sudden power outages. Michael is responsible for properly sizing the temporary generators and cabling, quoting rental jobs and arranging delivery of the equipment. Michael holds an Associate’s degree from DeVry University in the Electronic Technician program.

John joined Warshauer's generator group in 2014. He served in the U.S. Navy for 5 years as an engineer 2nd class petty officer. While in the navy, John received an A.S. in Marine Engineering through Coastline Community College. After his service he received an A.S. in Engineering, Mathematic, and Physics from Brookdale Community College. He is currently enrolled at New Jersey Institute of Technology. John will graduated from NJIT in May 2014 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a minor in Environmental Engineering.
