John rejoined the Warshauer Generator Service team in October 2015, bringing with him over 30 years of industry experience. He is responsible for overseeing our 7 field technicians as well as insuring outstanding customer service. John has completed factory training from Generac, Kohler, Asco and Russell.

Michael joined Warshauer in 2014 and played a lead role in establishing our rental generator division. He has worked in the generator rental business for over 7 years and has provided his expertise in supplying temporary generators for natural disasters, equipment failures, planned shutdowns, temporary events and sudden power outages. Michael is responsible for properly sizing the temporary generators and cabling, quoting rental jobs and arranging delivery of the equipment. Michael holds an Associate’s degree from DeVry University in the Electronic Technician program.

Kim joined the Warshauer Generator Service group in 2010. She is responsible for scheduling and confirming service calls and providing quotes for preventative maintenance and service agreements.

Debbie Krand

Debbie started with Warshauer in September 2011. She is currently responsible for scheduling customers for routine maintenance calls, maintaining service agreements, fielding emergency calls for down generators, and ordering necessary parts for proper maintenance of generators. Debbie handles all receivables from generator customers which includes scanning checks, processing charge cards and payment allocations, and invoicing generator sales tickets.
